Extension and loft conversion of unused garage & attic space

Unused garage and attic space converted and extended into proper living accommodation — structure, conversion works and finishes in one programme, with the communication the client singled out: news shared clearly, good and bad.

The works

  • Garage conversion to habitable space
  • Attic space converted with new structure
  • Extension works tying the spaces together
  • Insulation and building control sign-off
  • Full finishes and decoration

“Wilson and Cole Developments did an extension and loft conversion on an unused garage and attic space for me. They were very committed to their work, had a professional attitude, always on time and made sure to keep the site clean and tidy. Most importantly, they communicated all news both good and bad clearly.”
