Wide black flat-roof dormer conversion on a Bristol terrace

Loft conversions · Bristol BS · 2021

Two loft conversions for a returning developer

Two dormer loft conversions delivered for the same developer client — each adding two bedrooms and a bathroom — priced from drawings, built to programme, and good enough that he says he would definitely use us again.

The works

  • Two full dormer conversions across the portfolio
  • Two bedrooms and bathroom per conversion
  • Structural steels and floor structure
  • Staircases, first and second fix
  • Programme-led delivery for tenanted stock
